Sacramento Calibration Baseline

The USBR has denied our application due to security and safety issues. Therefore the CBL Committee is investigating new site locations.

If you know of any locations, please send us the info.

The ideal location:

• 1,000 meters long
• The two ends are within 1 foot of same elevation
• The middle is 1 foot lower than the ends
• Long term accessibility by vehicle
• No chance of destruction from development or road widening
• Ground cover is dirt, gravel, grass – no asphalt or concrete
